One day Pre-Congress Clinical Course(May 14) is available to registered Congress delegates; however, please note that
    there will be an additional charge of $50 to attend this course. Non-registered delegates are also eligible to attend the
    Pre-Congress Clinical Course. If you are attending the Pre-Congress Clinical Course only, please choose
    "Pre-Congress Clinical Course Only" in registration category.
※ Due to limited availability, some of the participants who register on-site may not receive a conference kit; so, we kindly
    request you to register before May 2, 2014.
※ Early registration will be automatically closed on March 2, 2014 at 24:00 (Based on Korean Time, GMT +9hrs.)

Gala Dinner Tickets can be purchased in addition to the cost of registration for the congress. The $60 Gala Dinner
    including an authentic dinner and an enthralling performance is basically worth $120 but in great part supported by the
    Organizing Committee for participants to easily join in it.

Payment Method

Participants are strongly encouraged to pay for registration fee by credit card to make payment quickly and accurately. If you are having problems making payment with credit card, please contact the Secretariat ( or pay by bank transfer.

Only Visa, Master and JCB Card are acceptable. All participants wishing to make a credit card payment should settle the payment via the online system.

※ Caution
Visa, Master, JCB support 3D Secure. Card Issuer has to support 3D Secure Protocol and enroll your credit card on your participating card issuer's website. If the card issuer doesn't provide 3D Secure, the payment cannot be made successfully with its credit card. ※ If you are unable to attend the congress because you were denied a visa, you will be granted a refund (less administration fee) only if you submit a copy of your visa rejection letter and proof that you applied for a visa no later than two weeks after abstract notification letters are sent (approximately January 31, 2014). Non-presenters are encouraged to apply for a visa as soon as possible, but also no later than two weeks after abstract notification letters are sent. If you meet these conditions, a refund will be issued less the cancellation fee above. Valid requests for refunds due to visa problems must be received in writing no later than 15 days after the end of the congress.


The organizers do not accept any responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Delegates are strongly advised to have their own travel insurance policies.
